Processing Time:

  • Upon placing an order, please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order. This processing time includes verification of payment, packaging, and preparation for shipment. Orders are processed during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Time:

  • Once your order has been processed, please expect delivery within 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location, shipping method selected, and any unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier issues.


Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Contact our customer service team at 305-785-4643 or via email at: to initiate the exchange process. Please provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to exchange.

  2. Our customer service team will provide you with further instructions, including the return shipping address and any additional information required.

  3. Package the item(s) securely in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  4. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  5. Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify that they meet the eligibility criteria, we will process the exchange.

  6. If the exchanged item is of higher value than the original item, the customer will be responsible for paying the price difference. If the exchanged item is of lower value, we will issue a refund for the price difference to the original payment method.

  7. We will ship the exchanged item to the customer using the same shipping method selected for the original order, unless otherwise requested.


  • Certain items may not be eligible for exchange due to hygiene reasons or other restrictions. Please check the product description or contact our customer service team for clarification.

  • Customized or personalized items are typically not eligible for exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Defective or Damaged Exchanges:

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement.

  • We may require photographic evidence of the defect or damage before authorizing the exchange.

  • Replacement options will be provided based on product availability and customer preference.


  • Exchanges cannot be canceled once the return item(s) have been shipped back to us. If you wish to cancel an exchange, please contact us as soon as possible before shipping the item(s) back.
